All right, welcome back on Cutler J. Cutler. This week, we have Jetta Diabela. Probably most of you are going to be familiar. She was on the view.

0:27.0

Did not go, I think, as planned in her mind, maybe it went as planned for the view and that group of people.

0:37.0

But I kind of want to bring her on. I think she's kind of being misinterpreted a little bit, being called anti-vax, right-wing, all the things.

0:50.0

But I kind of want to give her a safe place to talk this week, hear her out. I am not anti-vax. If you want to get the vaccine, all about it, support you.

1:04.0

I think she is kind of saying the same things. There were some stats thrown out afterwards that we'll probably talk about. I'm sure she'll have some stats she wants to talk about.

1:14.0

So we're going to do this. I might piss some people off. It might not. I think I'm big into critical thinking. I want you to think about all the decisions you make.

1:25.0

But I think we're living in a world where everything is vaccine-related, everything is mass-related. So I want you to think that through. I think that she's going to agree with some of the things that I say. I think I'm going to agree with some of the things that she's going to say.

1:38.0

I'll challenge her on some things. And we'll see where this thing goes. But a little bit against the grain of some of the podcasts I've had in the past, which is fine.

1:48.0

That's what we're about. Some of them are going to be topical. Some of them are going to be fun. Some of them are going to just be for shits and giggles. But this one's going to be a little more hard-hitting, probably not, but a little more hard-hitting for the usual things that I do.

2:02.0

So let's get Jen and I on. Let's have this one out.

2:11.0

Okay, welcome back. We've got a special guest that had a little turmoil this past week that we'll get into. Jen and I, thanks for joining us.

2:21.0

Thank you so much for having me, Jay. I appreciate it.

2:24.0

We'll get into all that. But you have a book, a book out right now, right?

2:28.0

I do. It's called Dear Hartley, went on a certain show to promote a nice book with a baby. Just a nice book with a baby.

2:36.0

Jay, beautiful. And leave it to me to create turmoil. What can I say?

2:40.0

That's right. What's the book about?

2:42.0

So it's a series of letters to my son. I wrote this during the pandemic and I was looking around at a world that was increasingly mad first off, but also just increasingly divided.

2:53.0

And I was finding that people couldn't talk to each other anymore. People and within families, friendships, everything was just going by the way.

3:00.0

And people were scared. They were confused and I was looking at this little baby who was one year old and I was like, let me, I need to tell him so many things.

3:07.0

I have so many things I want to say to him. So I started writing these letters, initially handwritten letters to him about everything.

3:13.0

Things that I want for him in life. I want him to be a free thinker and I want him to care about his health and the owner of his own life and the architect of his own life.

3:24.0
