I am so happy to be back with you today because today I get to share a chat between myself and one of my all-time beauty heroes.

I know I always say, oh my God, I'm so excited we have a always say, oh my God, I'm so excited we have a

guest, but oh my God, I'm so excited we have a guest. A lot of you will know already, I am 41

years old. And one of my biggest beauty loves in my 20s and growing up, really, because I

didn't grow up until I was in my 20s because I remain a child.

But one of the brands that really, really pushed me over the edge from being someone who kind of liked makeup a little bit to just fully being obsessed and loving it was Steeler.

And today I get to share with you my conversation with Steeler founder, Janine Lobel.

Guys, pals, friends of mine, it was very exciting.

Thrilled to confirm that Janine is an icon and an angel and one of my favorite people I've ever spoken to.

I would have talked to her all day,

but that seemed rude when she's quite busy. And the reason she's busy is because she has

just launched a brand new venture, which is really exciting. It's called Neen Beauty,

N-E-E-N-Buty. And we'll obviously talk all about it in the interview and a little bit around the chat.

I'll tell you a little bit more, but it's really exciting. It's really, it's conscious.

We don't use the word clean on this podcast because it doesn't mean anything, but it's really

co-conscious. It's very smart. The products are fantastic. The way it is delivered and presented and sold to

consumer is fantastic and just amazing to see her still out here, changing the game and breaking

all the rules and making the beauty landscape a better place to be for everyone.

So I'm really excited to share that with you in a while, as I mentioned, really excited.
