Free from what? Free from the law. Free from that old covenant legalism.

I think one of the most difficult balances to keep is to live a holy life and yet not be

legalistic. You might want to write that down and say, live in a holy life without being

legalistic because our relationship with God is not about all the things we

can't do.

Matter of fact, Christianity is not a do.

It doesn't begin with a do.

It begins with a done.

Jesus said, it is done. It is finished. He fulfilled the law. So we're free, but don't use

your freedom to indulge the flesh but rather serve one another humbly in love.

For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command, love your neighbor as you do

yourself. But if you bite and

devour each other it's talking about strife again if you bite and devour each

other watch out or you will be destroyed by one another. Strife actually has the

power to kill a church, it has the power to kill a marriage. It has a power to kill relationships between siblings,
