It's where we live, it's where we live.

We live in the gutters, we want to live in the gutters, but right now we are not living

in the gutters because things have gotten a little rough in New York and LA, and we are

once again staying in as much as possible.

So y'all, okay, real talk.

My beloved roommate and friend tested positive for COVID and got sick last week.

So we, I know they're doing okay, they're getting better, but it is like lingering, like

it's been five or six days that they've been sick now, it is lingering, and so we're

constantly in touch and checking in on each other, and of course I'm elsewhere, I'm staying

in another friend's apartment, which happens to be a penthouse in Midtown, Manhattan.

It is fabulous with this stunning view, and I'm using it as like a little bit of a writing

residency in all the hours that I'm not working, which is great, but I have to say I felt

really, I was a little worried about leaving my roommate, I was like if you, I don't want

you to feel like you're alone, like if you need me to bring things, like I can do that

masked and all that, you know, like we're in touch all the time, but I was a little bit
