Yeah, I did that to you, Sally. I'm sorry. And this podcast brought, and this podcast brought to you by Rungu, the goof for your feet and your thighs and your arms, Scott and Sally, not for your mouth. Rungu.

So, so we were talking about, we were talking about Rungu and Sally McCray, all of a sudden said, hey guys, I used Rungu at Western State. Did you run Western State, Sally? I never heard about that.

0:41.0

Wait, am I starting right now?

0:43.0

Yeah, you're actually, no, no, we're not recording.

0:46.0

No, but so anyway, I was surprised and we said, well, Sally, how come you didn't tell us that you used Rungu at Western States? And so we started talking to her. So tell us, why did you use Rungu at Western State, Sally McCray?

1:01.0

Well, yeah, I typically don't ever wear anything on my feet, except just my shoes and socks. I don't get blisters and I don't just have foot problems.

1:11.0

So I didn't, I didn't train with anything. I didn't, you know, longer races in the past. I've never used anything. But one of the biggest things that I had to take into consideration were the river crossings and these weren't just little pedals. I mean, these were river crossings that were there, you know, for some people chest to tape.

1:30.0

And so, and the river crossings were about 40 miles apart. Well, I didn't, I was hoping to not have to change my shoes and socks for the entire 100 miles, which I, I didn't do. I just kept the same pair the whole time.

1:45.0

And so Rungu was kind of like my go today. They had sent me a sample to try. So I had it in my house and I thought, you know, I'm going to bring this along and for a long race like this, you never know what's going to happen. And I'd rather be prepared. So I lathered up race morning and the feet held up really, really well. I think I got a few blisters, maybe like the last 25 miles or so.

2:12.0

But I think had I changed my shoes and socks earlier, you know, earlier on that I wouldn't have had any any trouble. I would have been able to reapply.

2:21.0

But the stuff is great. I love it. I'll definitely use it again. I have 100 mile or in a few weeks and Rungu is going to be going to be coming with me to Colorado.

2:32.0

Go to footkinetics.com. That's the company that makes Rungu. You don't go to rungoo.com. Go to footkinetics.com and check out their products. They have a lot of different products. But the Rungu is the one that we have tried and have liked and we recommend.

3:26.0

Yeah. Is that true? I think there's a lot. Okay. There's a lot and counting. And I want to tell you we've talked about one of the greatest audible series that I have really enjoyed over the years.

3:39.0

There are now 15, I'm sorry, 14 books in this series by Daniel Silva. They're the Gabriel Alon series.

3:49.0

3:59.0

4:07.0

Well, it's got four hours. What genre? What are we talking about? Is this like a mystery mystery spy stuff? It's fictional spy stuff based on a character.

4:18.0
