just insulted you by saying you're only equally beach ready you know i think that's about right

do you yeah i think we're all extremely beach-ready.

I said, what a shame our holidays are over.

Exactly.

How were your holidays? Where were you, Alice? I was in Uzbekistan, Tajikistan. Oh, no. Which we were actually calling a Zemikistan because the food is quite minimal, actually. It was great. Not very beachy, I'm thinking. No beaches landlocked so weed. So we didn't have any beaches, but there were great lakes.

We did a lot of walking in the farm mountains.

We took the whole family, and it's very cheap and incredibly beautiful. Wow. Yeah, I don't know my stance like I should. What about you, Roelho? What about you? No, I'm not as adventurous as Alice. I was in Ireland and Wales. I've heard of them.

Three days in Dublin, very good fun with my son.

From today, police are going to be encouraged to disclose the ethnicity and nationality of suspects charged in high-profile and sensitive investigations. The National Police Chief Council says it hopes the new guidance will reduce the risk to public safety, where there are high levels of misinformation about an incident or cases of public

interest. It's pretty obvious the kind of cases they're talking about it. They're talking about

the cases where there has been an assault or allegations of an assault. And word spreads
