We've got a packed show for you today. Vice President J.D. Vance says the DOJ is now looking

into whether Congresswoman Ilhan Omar committed immigration fraud.

We start with a major political story out of Washington, where Vice President J.D. Vance

says the Department of Justice is now actively looking into allegations that Congresswoman

Ilhan Omar may have committed immigration fraud.

And this is not a new controversy.

The allegations surrounding Omar have circulated for years,

but now, for the first time, a sitting vice president is openly confirming that federal

authorities are reviewing the matter. Speaking to reporters Tuesday, Vance was asked whether

the Trump administration's anti-fraud task force created to crack

down on fraud, abuse, and corruption across federal programs would also investigate Omar.

And Vance didn't dodge the question.

He responded, you read the things about Ilhan Omar, who she married and whether she didn't marry this person

or that person, it certainly seems like something fishy is there.

Then he added, everybody's entitled to equal justice under the law.

Now the core allegation centers around Omar's controversial 2009 marriage to Ahmed Elmi, a British citizen whom critics

have long alleged was actually her brother.

Omar has repeatedly denied the accusation, and the claim has never been definitively proven
