It's time to get excited. ACC kickoff. SEC kickoff media days, if you will, as teams begin to give you a glimpse of what they're thinking, a window,

as I have said, into expectations.

But also the sign that things are beginning in earnest as they center around the world of college

and pro football.

This week, we begin camps in the NFL, Steelers, Cowboys, Tampa Bay Buccaneers,

the Hall of Fame game in a couple of weeks.

Of course, FSU opens up camp first week of August.

But this is usually the signifier.
