Well, it's Friday.

But it's also a good day.

I did something.

This is twice.

So Matthew and I were talking before we came on the airwaves here that you get to a stage in life,

and it's like a pit stop.

You're coming in to the pits and they've got to check you.

They got to make sure before they send you back out into the world that you're all right.

And I don't like the process.

I don't because those phone calls and messages and emails that you get from a doctor's

office are reminders that you're entering into the part of your life where things tend to go wrong.

This is where, now on the one hand, you go in, so I had my physical recently, and you guys know that once you get past

40, though physical is a lot of fun. I mean, physicals were never good anyhow, but they're

especially not good once you get past 40. They start too much probing in the like, and you
