why it's a good day? Well, it's Friday. But it's also a good day. I did something. This is twice.

So Matthew and I were talking before we came on the airwaves here that you get to a stage in life

and it's like a pit stop. You're coming in to the pits and they've got to they got to check

you. They got to make sure before they send you back out into the world that you're all right.

And I don't like the process. I don't because it does phone calls and messages and emails that you

get from a doctor's office are reminders that you're entering into the part of your life where

things tend to go wrong. This is where now on the one hand, you go in. So I had my physical recently

and you guys know that once you get past 40, though physical is a lot of fun. I mean, so

physicals were never good anyhow, but they're especially not good. Once you get past 40, they start

too much probing in the like and you become uncomfortable in a hurry. I made my doctor laugh,

by the way, this may make you all a little uncomfortable, but I knew earlier this week when I went to

the doctors that they were going to do the thing, the test, you know, that everybody is aware of.

And it's necessary. Gotta stay out in front of these things, but it felt like we were doing a

little dance. It felt like, you know, hey, he's asking me about, you know, my wife because she also

sees him as her primary care physician. So it's not weird, you know, he knows her. So he's asking

about how she's doing. And then he asked me about my kids. And we both knew we were just kind of

staving off the inevitable. And I'm watching him closely, watching his hands. And we're having

a conversation and he says, so, you know, how's your diet? And we're going through the levels from
