Summary

Jayson Tatum and the Boston Celtics are proving that they are a championship threat in the Eastern Conference. There are several ways an NBA player can sustain success over the course of a long season, but one thing that should never be overlooked is how they recover and treat their bodies to maintain constant physical exhaustion. CJ talks about what he does to physically recover after a game. The Houston Rocket’s small-ball experiment is off and running, the Utah Jazz is trying to find an identity, and CJ talks about what it’s like to play point guard.
