Thank you, Mina. I appreciate it. I'm just trying to keep up. I'm excited for this one. This is always fun when you get to

preview every single game, allows you to keep tabs on the rest of the league and just selfishly it just gives me time to catch up on literally every single theme so I enjoy it and I appreciate you having me on.

As we have been doing we are going to talk about every game some games we will talk about at greater length than others. A few of them I picked for us to just kind of

focus on one key each and we kind of parse them out. Before we start I do want you to let everyone know

you do more than one show. what are the shows that you do?

Yes a lot. Tough for me to even remember. No but over at the PFF NFL show we do all sorts of stuff. We do great release shows. We're reviewing every

single game of the week. We do great preview shows. So we're previewing the same

things kind of that we're doing here on this podcast. But then we have three

shows that I really love where in the middle of the week we actually get to dive a little bit deeper into things and what happened the previous weeks as well where we look at the into Trenchy show myself and Ollie Connolly do that every single week where we look at some sort of impactful

play within the trenches. I have a rookie review which on Ledier that we do where we just
