what time is it, my friends, it is? Tea time, big story at the top of the show. So Jay-Z is breaking

his silence after an explosive child rape allegation, saying, quote, my only heartbreak is for my family. Let me explain. So Jay-Z is speaking out

against shocking allegations filed in a new civil lawsuit. That is important. It's not a criminal

lawsuit. It's a civil lawsuit that accuses him and Diddy, Sean Didy Combs, of raping, a 13-year-old girl in the year 2000.

The refiled lawsuit initially only targeted Diddy, but now it's been refiled and now it

names Jay-Z, whose real name is Sean Carter as a defendant,

alleging the assault occurred after the MTV Video Awards in New York City,

while also too there's an unnamed female celebrity reportedly who watched this rape. So let me go into detail here.

Initially the lawsuit was targeting Diddy. It said Celebrity A and Celebrity B. Now we know

Celebrity A is Jay-Z. We do not know the name of Celebrity B, who is a female celebrity.

So in a powerful statement, Jay-Z is absolutely denying these, quote, heinous claims and expresses deep concern for the impact on his family.

He said the following quote,

My only heartbreak is for my family.

My wife and I will have to sit our children down

and explain the cruelty and greed of people.

Jay-Z and Beyonce, they have been married since the year 2008, and they have

three children together, Blue Ivy, who's now 12, 12 years old, and they're twins who are eight. Now,
