Jalen, what do you think this means for him and the Saints?

I think this is classic going out on top.

And I don't mean because they won the Super Bowl this past season.

I mean because at his age, dealing with injuries in particular this season,

I saw a little arm strength declining from Drew Brees.

And it seemed like he and Michael Thomas weren't on the same page at all this year.

So instead of us getting a lost tapes year from Drew Breeze where he comes in next season and he gets hit or he struggles and he has to get benched,

I think retiring at this point in time was the right

decision for a future Hall of Favor, future Hall of Famer who's had an amazing career.

Absolutely. And you and I are old and washed up. So we remember the eights. But if you're like

25, all you see is success in New Orleans, and a lot of that is because of this man

Drew Brees.

But Jalen, while he had a great run, 15 seasons with the Saints, they really won the Super Bowl

only one time.
