Ryan Novosinski of nj.com five days of training camp in the books has been practiced three through five since our last

episode.

I feel like this this training

camp has kind of uh been been peaks and valleys a little bit uh in terms of weather in terms

of performance of the offense especially um i think things are settling now though right wouldn't you

say so at least you know we're finally starting to get some momentum at least with some of the more

important position groups yeah we got our first fully padded practice which which, you know, means a lot. You know, they started running the ball, which, you know, you don't do a ton. I do think you can figure out quite a bit in upper pads of about like matchups and stuff, but full pads is the first time. They're really comfortable running the ball, and the defense has to account for that more often. So we're going to get into all of it. You know, Jackson, Dard, Abdul Carter, those are obviously in the title. But before we get into this episode, was brought to you by some special, special people.
