Good morning. Almost afternoon. Close. Especially when you preach the first service, you're just like, oh, we're now we're getting into the day a little bit. Are you guys awake?

I'm so excited to be here to be speaking today when Bill called me last night. Let me know that he wasn't going to be able to make it and asked me to preach it was just such a humbling experience for him.

He said I was his trusted one or something like that. No, we're doing a series, the live series. How many of you love this live series so far?

It's really incredible. I love the tagline. It's it's foundations for abundance. Today we're going to talk about emotional health. We're going to talk about how to get your needs met body soul and spirit. And I just feel like that is such a foundation of abundance for us.

And so I'm father bless this time. Lord, I pray that the words that I speak would penetrate into the hearts of each every person in here.

Amen. I'd like to start out by reading our local church mission statement to you guys because this series really is for the local church. And we should know what mission we're on.

As the local church, our local church mission is to create a vibrant family of hope, filled believers.

That's you guys who deeply experience the love and presence of God and partner with Jesus to express the joy and power of his kingdom in every area of life.

Isn't that good? How many want to experience the love of God in every area of your life?

You're just on that journey. You're just going for the more. I just love that. I just going for the more. I'm so excited. I carry such a passion to release.

I feel like a hunger of value for what's going on in your body, soul and spirit for emotional health for well-being. I feel like that's what I really bring to the body.

And I'm really excited to see our local church be just the greatest representation of Jesus practically.

I know that we're really known for miracle signs and wonders. We're going to talk about that a little bit.

But I'm so looking forward to the global body of Christ being known for being the happiest people in the world because they steward themselves well.

And if we're going to be a body that is known for our love, a body that's known for our well-being, our wellness, we have to first start with us.

We can't transplant. We can't give away anything that we don't first possess. I've tried it before. How many of you have tried to give away something that you don't have?

And you realize really quick, I don't own that. Any third year students in here or people that graduated school of ministry, you go away and you realize, oh, I don't quite own that.

I got to come back and become an owner of what it is I'm trying to give away.

And I feel like we do a really great job in a lot of areas, but we need a little bit of beefing up when it comes to emotional health, mostly because it's not talked a lot about.

And so today, I hope to do that. And John Maxwell's book, Winning with People, he shares a quote found on the tombstone of 11th century Anglican Bishop at Westminster Abbey.
