I know that they want him to appear for the court date back in Kentucky.

He's playing in the Schwab. Do you have any sort of update on what's going on there?

Yes, the latest, as we heard last week, there was supposed to be an arraignment.

Actually this morning was supposed to be about less than two hours from now and

that has been pushed to June 3rd so we won't even have any any sort of

update on anything going on now for what's another two more weeks with this going on.

Everything I've heard while I was on site in Louisville last week seems to point

to these charges being dismissed at some point but I guess

that's still speculation. Right, right. That's what's interesting is they they

delayed the the arraignment because he's required to be there.

That's why they you know he couldn't do it this week because he's going to be in

Fort Worth but he's got to be there for the June 3rd hearing, which is kind of interesting,

so they at least are making him appear. Look, in my lengthy legal career covering golf, I believe I was in South Florida for a Tiger Woods arraigned at one point and Tiger Woods was not required to show up.

Maybe that was a different situation. I am certainly not a legal expert or a lawyer by any means.
