Monica Perez that is and I am here with a returning guest Jason Purcell.

We have had a series of conversations

about de-dollarization and dollarization.

And I was a shot to realize this thing went from one show to a series and that it was actually

amazingly popular.

I thought I was just indulging my own quirky nerdiness, but apparently it's a fan favorite,

so thanks for coming back, Jason.

Yeah, thanks for having me. This is awesome.

And because of that, I thought it would be nice to give people an opportunity to ask you questions.

So probably won't get going for a little bit, but let's start, let's try to hit the current stuff. I know we have to catch up on a little bit of the Bretton Woods era which was an important era but I feel like since

there's just been a lot of economic news lately and I think people really care about the interest

rates because of what that means for them

personally and also for the election and stuff so let's just get into that if

people have questions they can ask if you're gonna ask a question put a little

asterisk at the beginning so that I can I know that you're not just chatting people

chat in the comment section which is super fun and I don't want to interfere with

that so okay sounds great thank you all right so you sent me a paper that you wrote, which I love because it's funny and I just love that.

Like when people write stuff, that's totally mathy but also makes me laugh. I mean anyone else listening and

reading that will not think it is quote funny but it's just I like the

light-hearted ways written. Anybody else I sent it to said they couldn't get through without falling asleep,

so I'm glad you enjoyed it.
