I appreciate it. You just updated me on the weekend basketball goings on in the McCordy household.

What the hell happened out there?

Man, my fourth grader, my 10-year-old, he won the championship and front row on the sideline

is me sitting right next to me as my brother. So we are screaming at him the entire game. Get back on defense. He missed a layup and he did one of those, like, feeling sorry for himself, John. So I feel bad for him because he gets it double time. You would think devs is dead, the same way we're screaming at both screaming at him so but at the end of the day they won the game so it was it was awesome so

I'm in a thick of youth sports so parents cursing out referees complaining about coaches that's what

my daily life is all about right now and you got next. So have you gotten to the baseball move yet?

Or do you coach? But when I was coaching, my baseball move was center field by myself.

Baseball, I just sit by my wife. I'm not a baseball fan by any stretch. The first ever full

baseball game I've ever watched was 8U travel B-team

baseball. So there was probably 85 walks and maybe three strikes in the entire game with two hits.

So I just sit with my wife and I just relax and just watch the game. So for my son, I don't think

baseball is definitely not his favorite sport.

I just think he likes playing it because I can't coach him or give him any feedback on the game

other than keep your eye on the ball, right through first base. Other than that, I got nothing for him.

That's awesome. It's so good. All right. Well, listen, thank you for taking the time. The reason I had you in

is I know that you've been doing such fantastic work on the league in general, but you still have a Patriots bent. And the first thing I wanted to ask you was kind of an overarching question. How hard might it be for the Patriots this season to deal with those bumped up expectations that are going to come with being a Super Bowl

runner up and even playing a more difficult schedule, they can improve drastically and still

not have the same season that they did last year. Yeah, absolutely. And it's going to be different,

but it's good different. I think the expectations is something that you want. And I learned

firsthand of coming from Cleveland when I got to New England, I was in 2018, and then the years that I

spent prior to in Tennessee, where we didn't have those massive expectations and those winning seasons.
