All right, everybody, Jason Kelsey should absolutely be in jail for what he just did. I'm going to show you the clip. I'm going to explain exactly what happened. Now, all the people that are going to be in the comments, because I just post this on Instagram, and everyone jumps in and says, hey, Joe, you're being a snowflake, you're being a Kieran, you're ratting on him. Guys, he broke the law.

He took someone's phone, grabbed it, slammed it to the floor, and then walked away with it. So there's theft. It's a misdemeanor. I'm going to go over all this with you guys. But as of right now, Jason Kelsey should be in handcuffs and should be arrested and taken away. And the way I look at it is this. This is why I get so heated about this. Because if I did it and if you did this, okay, this is the whole thing. If you did this or I did this, if we went to Jason Kelsey, no matter, regardless of what he says to us, because there's freedom of speech, whether it's right or wrong. In this case, it was wrong what was said to him. Okay, so I'm going to fully say that. But

if I were to go or you were to go and grab Jason Kelsey's phone and take it and slam it to the ground,

pick it up and run away with it, you would be in jail. But as of right now, I have not heard of

any arrest, but he should be arrested,

Now, some people are saying this is great behavior, this is good stuff, this is psychotic behavior.

Now, let me explain what the person said here.

So apparently something triggered Jason Kelsey and made him snap, and then he did this. Okay. So first of foremost, again, I talked about this. I don't agree with what the students said. I think it's immature. I think it's stupid. Regardless, right? There is freedom of speech. You're allowed to curse at people. You're allowed to say things. It's not, even though it's not right. But what you cannot do, what you cannot do is go to a person, steal their property like this, smash it to the floor, and walk away with it.
