We order a bunch of food, we order wine where they drink and I grill them to a turn.

Well that's very easy to snog down.

I have to say. Is he? If ever the occasion, come my way.

So we always ask our guests if they have any particular dietary requirements.

Jason really didn't, apart from the fact he doesn't drink.

So I got to choose from among all my most loved restaurants.

And the game bird at the Stafford Hotel in London St James's is one I fell in love with the moment it opened.

They do British classics and they do them really, really well.

And suddenly I was presented with the opportunity to eat there again.
