Summary

Joining us today is ex-special forces soldier and star of the acclaimed show SAS: Who Dares Wins – it's the incredible Jason Fox.

He joins Kate to chart his exhilarating journey, starting from his decision to join the military at the young age of 16. We find out more about his remarkable ascent through the ranks of the armed forces, spanning two impactful decades, until his unfortunate discharge due to PTSD. But Jason's story doesn’t stop there. Post-military life was challenging. Returning to civilian life, he had to learn the skills the military never taught him – skills like learning to look after sick children, or arguing with your partner, or what to do when your car breaks down. It’s a story of turning his life around and ultimately securing the starring role in the hit TV show, SAS.
