0:03.6	Even if you are eloquent, it is exceptionally difficult to describe a feeling

0:09.7	And most of the time we're not fully aware of how we're making decisions or what's
0:13.4	happening in our lives that influence our feelings or thoughts or decisions.
0:16.7	So like not only are words an imperfect medium but we have imperfect data and
0:22.2	where these flawed humans with wounds wandering around.
0:25.2	And then on top of that, most people struggle to communicate clearly.
0:31.5	I mean, when we have a feeling in our head or our heart

0:36.6	it doesn't usually map that nicely towards anyways.
0:40.2	And most of us haven't spent the time to read like a hundred books a year and
0:44.2	practice our writing and practice our communication. So the skill for most of us
0:48.8	is gone too. So I think it's just like verbal communications are default in this world right now or at least in the Western world.
