Jason very well Havore how are you thank you for having me on I'm doing good you

spoke yesterday this was the second time I've seen you I saw you speak last year

here and now this is your second round here, I think.

Second year, yeah. So how are you finding Mexico?

Oh, I love it. I mean, the sun is fantastic. The people are nice. The food is good.

What's not to like?

I think you've seen on your newsletter that you've either live or you've spent some time in Mexico previously?

Well, I left Canada during the lockdown the government I was deemed non-essential and so I decided to sell my hard asset businesses. I already had an online

business so I came to Mexico to get the residency this year I'm happy to say

I'm going to be the permanent resident of Mexico.

But while I was here, I met a fine young lady from Latvia.

So I spent nine months a year in Latvia and I spend three months a year in Mexico.

So it's a very nice situation to have.

I think soon you'll be a citizen like me give it a couple

years, right? Absolutely. I mean I'm a digital nomad in the EU right now, but if you

buy a house for X amount of money, you can you can cozy up to a residency as well. So
