0:25.4	So basically what we're going to do is we're just going to walk you through our process of setting goals.
0:29.8	And then we're going to share our goals in the different categories that we're setting them.
0:34.6	And the reason we like sharing these is just because I think it can be very motivating to hear
0:39.9	other people's goals, whether your goals maybe look similar to ours or they look nothing

0:44.6	I think everybody's going to have such different goals and different categories even.
0:48.9	But it's really helpful to see how people set goals and walk through them.
0:53.1	And I think it can help spark ideas and fun stuff like that.

1:08.0	No, and we've had seasons where like like, I think our goal planning now has really

1:17.5	the amount of goals, we do a lot now, but it's also because it's been many, many years of setting
1:22.4	goals. We didn't set this many goals at the beginning. It was much more chill. Yeah, a lot. So we're just going to go
