Today I’m joined by Jasmin Paris, an ultra-runner who made history after becoming the first woman to complete the Barkley Marathons - one of the hardest ultramarathons in the world. Only 20 people have ever made it to the end of the race within the allotted 60 hours. In this episode we discuss how she physically and mentally completed this gruelling race with only a couple of minutes sleep.
