We are heading into full steam ahead championship weekend with one of the oddest and most unlikely stories at quarterback Jared Stidham who makes the start.

You know what I saw yesterday?

That because Bo Nix looked fine after the game,

that it was like an Edwin Diaz celebration thing where he hurt his ankle.

Could there be any truth to that?

Because he looked fine when he took a knee.

He looked fine in a previous play.

And then all of a sudden his ankle's broken?

So I went back.

Tiki and I were looking at the plays yesterday yeah and

it it tiki noticed that after the run to the left side i think the next play was a pass down the

field that might have ended up in a um pass interference call and then after that came the taking the knee and yeah. And you could see when he

was throwing the ball down the field, he looked like he couldn't plant. He was all arm. I do remember.

Yeah, yes. And then on the, and then when he was coming off the field after taking the knee and

put the ball in the middle of the field, you could see he is kind of gimping off the field. So I think we both think that it did happen on either the third

or fourth last play when he was running to the left. It didn't seem like he got like hit

much, but maybe the defender fell on his ankles.

What happened it looked like?

Yeah, and it's a, it wasn't that cold out there.

But if it's cold and you got the adrenaline going and maybe you don't know how hurt you really are,

but it just was surprising to have such a serious injury.
