Hi, I'm Ethan Sopli, welcome to American Glutton. Outside of acting, my two favorite things

0:08.3

to do are diet and eat. I have a very complicated relationship with food and on this podcast,

0:13.8

we're going to talk about all of it. Food is entertainment, food is sport, food as fuel.

0:20.9

I'll talk to experts and the average person, just like you and me.

1:16.2

and settling point theory and things of that nature. So we can definitely dive into all

1:19.8

that for sure. But you definitely did a large portion of that successfully on your own.

1:23.2

Yeah, very well. Because I picked you up after you were just coming off of a maintenance

1:29.3

heading off of maintenance. Yeah, heading into another diet. Yeah. And I was like, maybe

1:34.6

we should extend this maintenance a little bit than the virus happened and we were really

1:38.4

extended it because we were at home training. It was the longest maintenance period ever

1:42.3

record. You know, you know, probably needed to. Like even today, so we just did the eating
