What's up guys? Welcome back to the pod. How are you all doing? I just went to Rigger Hill. And as you know, every time I go to Rigger Hill, I regret it. But I was like, it's so brutally cold out that I feel like I should just get my lunch so that I don't have to leave again. I am not built for the cold. My mom, she's built for the cold. She loves it. She, I don't know if it's like her growing up in Michigan, but I think it goes beyond that. I think some people's constitutions, like as in their body or sorry, their compositions perhaps, they're just built for the cold. I'm not. Guys, I walk to Soho to get a coffee. It's not that far from me. And I, my toes went numb. And I was wearing like full snow boots, not even ugs, like full snow boots, socks, everything, all the gear. And I still went numb. It's just, I'm not, I'm not equipped for this. Anyway, I went and I immediately regretted it because everyone in there just like, I don't, maybe it's me. me maybe they hate me I'm not really sure but

spent a cool $27 on a turkey sandwich and here's here's the gag it was a half turkey sandwich so

it better fucking like give me multiple orgasms when I eat it for lunch because Jesus Christ

$27 for half a turkey sandwich like is the turkey like did he like, did he go to Harvard? Like, why is it so much? But anyway, I digress. I am so gutted about Samantha Guthrie's mom. You guys, like, I watched her video last night. I'm recording this on Thursday. I am praying to God. I am praying to God that by the time this podcast comes out, she's been found safe and sound.

But I just, this is just horrific.

And I just, this is just so horrific.

And I am praying for her safety.

I cannot imagine what her family is going through.

And I just like, I don't get it.

I mean, you're telling me we have all these capabilities like these, you know, we have cameras. Where is this woman? It's horrible. It's just beyond comprehension. And I've really been keeping her in my thoughts. There's been a very, very, very heavy start to the year, hasn't it guys? And listen, might I just say if you are feeling down in the dumps because

every time we look at the news, it's worse and worse and worse, you're not a bad, you're not a weak

person, you're an empathetic person. And it's normal to be feeling completely down in the dumps

because of everything. It's just, it's insane. It's hard to know, you know, I feel like in the past I've spoken to you guys about being informed and how I want everyone in this community to be informed and listen and especially now it's more important than ever that we know when we are when we do vote what we're voting for and really stay on top of it. But it is a fine line to balance with staying informed and not becoming

utterly depressed with everything. I think I've struggled with that this year. I get so into

things. You know, I get, I get obsessive about stuff. And if you're a really emotional person,

which I am too, no shame in that. It can feel like you're drowning within with the negative information. So I don't

know. I'm trying to find the right balance where I know what's going on where I'm not feeling just utterly

depressed. Like I, you know, sometimes I've been having nightmares because it's all all this bad news.

But anyway, rambling, but praying so much for her safety and hoping that she is found.

Anyway, another thing I wanted to chat about, guys, is I always think it's best to share when you are jealous of someone.

And I'm feeling a bit jealous.

Well, I've always kind of felt jealous of this person.
