Hi, Renee. How are you? Hello, I'm good. And of course, trying to stay warm. We will preface the episode by saying it's Friday and the Arctic storm has hit both of our areas.

1:07.3

I think it hit like, I want to say, I thought, I saw something. It said like 30 of 50 states had some sort of winter, winter storm warning, like all the way. I saw like on the Mexico, Texas border all the way through obviously like New England area. I'm like that is crazy. This was massive. It is very massive. We got, I don't know, not a ton of snow, maybe three to four. I don't know. I don't go outside. So I'm not quite sure how much snow we got. But the wind in it's hella cold. It was negative seven this morning felt like negative 23. So, you know, that's not tenable. We don't love that. No, no. I've been outside,

1:45.8

unfortunately. I'll be back. I'm the taker, outer of Vinny. And, gosh, you really realize when

1:53.6

you have a dog that must go outside, that it's not so fun to go outside in this type of weather.

1:59.6

Oh, gosh. I mean, the wind, it's really, like, I go out in the snow all winter long, you know, we walk in it, but not with this bitter, this cold and this wind. The weird is the combination, because I was like, oh, we got Lily's snow boots in her current size. I was like, let's play in the snow. I have a snow day. I'm like, oh, it's negative seven. We're not going in the

snow. No, I know. So anyway, that's our Midwest weather update. And we have a lot to talk about.

2:26.4

Oh, my gosh. So buckle up, folks. I know this is going to be a long one because it's our books on

2:31.3

the radar episode, but we're also talking about 23 reading resolutions and kind of giving you a, I know we both listened to a part of our

2:41.4

episode last year when we talked about our 2022 goals. And so buckle up. I know it's about

2:46.9

to be a long one. Oh, I'm so excited. Let me tell you about my loving lately. I am pumped.

2:52.8

It is a book-related loving lately, and it's something I just discovered. May our book challenges
