wrapped less than two hours ago, the committee members unanimously voted to refer criminal

charges against Donald Trump to the Justice Department.

These charges include one, obstruction of an official proceeding, two, conspiracy to

defraud the United States, three, conspiracy to make a false statement and four, aiding

or assisting an insurrection.

We proposed to the committee advancing referrals where the gravity of the specific offense,

the severity of its actual harm, and the centrality of the offender to the overall design of

the unlawful scheme to overthrow the election, compel us to speak.

Hours is not a system of justice where foot soldiers go to jail, and the masterminds
