0:49.2	January 6th Committee for Trump's appearance in four Trump's documents, leading up to
0:55.3	the date of Donald Trump's deposition, his lawyers, including Alina Habba, said that she
1:01.2	thought that Donald Trump should show up and testify before the January 6th Committee,
1:06.8	because she said he has nothing to hide, but of course we here at the Midas Touch Network,
1:12.8	and you who have watched this network, we all knew that Donald Trump was not going to
1:18.1	show up before the January 6th Committee.
1:20.5	Donald Trump's entire life has tried to duck and dodge depositions and subpoenas and
1:26.6	accountability, and he appeals that all the way up to the Supreme Court to try to delay,

1:32.9	So there was no chance, in my view, that Trump was ever going to show up before the January
1:38.8	6th Committee.
1:40.4	So on Friday, Donald Trump's new set of lawyers filed a lawsuit in federal court in
