| 0:58.0 | that bosses are being unduly rewarded while the passengers are expected to, while the staff are expected to |

| 1:16.8 | there has been widespread disruption here at London Waterloo on the trains. |
| 1:22.4 | At Great Western Railway's main London hub across at London Paddington, |
| 1:27.4 | it has been awful with cancellations pretty much from Thursday evening, |
| 1:33.0 | partly due to flooding on a number of lines, |
| 1:35.5 | partly due to sadly a fatality west of Reading Station. |
| 1:40.6 | So it is today the fifth day in a row since the start of the year when we have seen major disruption. |
| 1:49.8 | There's also various problems, for instance, between Charing Cross and Hastings. |
| 1:56.5 | So lots and lots of disruption and now we're going to get more. |
