first four books of the New Testament in the Bible, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John.

These are the stories of Jesus Christ life on earth, the friendships, the parables, the sacrifices, the meals, the miracles.

We're doing something new here in 2024. So for the months of January, February, and March, I'm going to read one chapter a day to you,

mention a verse that stood out to me and then pray for us.

My hope is that slowing things down a bit from our three chapters a day rhythm of 2023 will allow us to hear and

digest details of Jesus' life that we may have missed before our chance to really

John 3 from the new international version. John 3. Now there was a

Pharisee a man named Nicodemus who was a member of the Jewish ruling

council he came to Jesus at night and said who was a member of the Jewish ruling council.

He came to Jesus at night and said,

Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher who has come from God.

For no one could perform the signs you are doing

if God were not with him. Jesus replied very truly I tell you

no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again. How can someone be born
