and today we'll look into a number of stories and issues in the news. We'll begin with the influence of white supremacy inside the Trump, White House, DHS and Department of Labor,

and assess the extent to which ICE and CBP recruitsments have reached out to white nationalists

with not-so-coated dog whistles of Nazi slogans and white supremacist anthems.

Joining us is Dr. Jesse Daniels, a professor of sociology at Hunter College of the City

University of New York, where she is the former director of the master's program in applied digital

sociology. She is also a faculty associate at Harvard's Berkman-Klein Center, an internationally

recognized expert on race, racism, and the Internet.

Daniels has spent more than 25 years studying white supremacy and far-right movements in media and online spaces,

and has represented her work to the United Nations.

She's the author of several influential books including white lies,

cyber racism, and nice white ladies,

and she is quoted in an article at the New York Times,

Administration Social Media Post's ECHO White Supremicist Messaging.

Then we'll examine, as Tony General Bondi's apparent attempt at extorting the state of Minnesota to hand over voter rolls if they want DHS to back off their terror tactics with the invasion of Minneapolis by ICE and CBP.

Joining us is Richard Hassan, Professor of Law and Political Science at the University of California, Los Angeles.

He's a nationally recognized expert in election law and campaign finance regulation, and he served as founding co-editor of the quarterly peer-reviewed publication election law journal.

He's also the author of a number of books including the voting wars,

Plutocrats United, The Justice of Contradictions, and Election Meltdown. His latest book is a real

right to vote, how a constitutional amendment can safeguard American democracy. Then finally, we'll

speak with Joshua Horwitz, the Dana Fiedler Professor of the Practice and co-director of the Johns Hopkins Center for Gun Violence Solutions.

He has spent more than three decades working on gun violence prevention issues and is the author of guns, democracy and the insurrectionist idea.
