President Trump made his first major foray of the second administration on the world stage

today, delivering a virtual speech and taking questions from business leaders at the World

Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

The president hit many of the same

themes as in his inauguration address on Monday. Before an audience comprised of world leaders and

top business people, he railed against the European Union, again threatened to levy major

tariffs on adversaries and allies alike, ruminated on global energy markets, and spoke of his hopes to end the war in Ukraine,

which will enter its fourth year next month. Lisa Desjardin starts our coverage.
