So this kid in South Africa, he's got like two siblings, his mom, his dad's there.

He gets sick when he was like 12.

He fell into a vegetative state for 13 years.

They never gave up on him, but they tended to ignore him.

He even heard his mom who was despondent over him after years of trying to take care of him,

just say to him,

I wish she would die.

Oh my goodness.

She actually said he was aware and he heard everything for 13 years.

He said, I knew what was going on.

I couldn't respond.

I didn't know how to communicate.

He said, I forgive my mom because I understand she was like, what happened to my boy. And she was

hurting too, but I was able to absorb everything. I thought that was so interesting. He also said,

he also said that they would put him at a certain home in front of the TV and they'd play

Barney reruns all day oh man and he said I was aware of the entire time and he said no one

no one hates Barney like I hate Barney that is torturous he's living like a normal life

nobody's got he's even he's he's just like I didn't have a choice. I, like, you just, I had to lose myself. I couldn't be, I couldn't think about me. Wow. So, man, what a fascinating guy, and now he's living a normal life. It's time to get organized. That's why we have Hansen's helpful household hints. My name is Brant Hanson. This is a system that I use called the 11 box system for organizing. Very simple organizational system. Just follow these simple steps. Number one, simply get 11 boxes. Okay. Hardboard boxes. That makes sense. Put them out in front of you okay um and then just mark them accordingly

and then you take all your stuff and put them in the appropriate box um things to give to goodwill that's one

box uh things to keep in the closet things i want to discard things i think would be good to have in a box

in the garage things that probably have value so i tell myself i'll put on ebay someday but no full well
