In New York, a man was arrested in connection to the death of a missing man.

The body has yet to be recovered. In Wisconsin, police responded to the death of a missing man. The body has yet to be recovered.

In Wisconsin, police responded to a home for a missing teenager.

Later that day, police once again responded to the home where the bodies of a woman and two

teenagers were found shot to death.

And in New York City, a woman is accused of stabbing a postal worker to death inside of a grocery

market.

On Thursday, January 2nd, the Plattsburgh Police Department in New York received a call from a family who was extremely concerned for their loved one, that being a 40-year-old at Jafari Joseph.

The last time Jafari's family had heard from him was the day after Christmas.

This was particularly unusual because Jafari was very close with his family and was known to be

an almost constant communication with his loved ones.

When officers arrived at the Joseph family home to take the missing person report, they

learned that Jafari's family had already taken the initiative to contact local area hospitals and the county jail.

They wanted to ensure that Jafari wasn't at either of those places before they contacted law enforcement,

and they found that he wasn't.

The missing person case was then filed and passed on to investigators to follow up on.

Days passed by, and still, there was no sign of Jafari and no word.
