four books of the New Testament in the Bible, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. These are the stories of

Jesus Christ life on Earth, the friendships, the

parables, the sacrifices, the meals, the miracles. Don't forget there is a free

reading plan for these three months. January to March we are doing a chapter of day so 89 days in a row

and there is a free reading plan that you can check off you know we love checking stuff off

Here's how this works. I'm going to read one chapter to you today. You can listen

or read along in your own Bible and then I'll mention the verse or idea that stood

out to me and then I'll pray and that's it.

So today is January 14th and I'll be reading John 14 from the NIV.

John 14. Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God, believe also in me. My

father's house has many rooms. If that were not so, what I have told you that I'm going there to prepare a place for you.

And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me, that you also may be where I am.

You know the way to the place where I am going. Thomas said to him,

Lord, we don't know where you are going. So how can we know the way? Jesus answered,

I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the father except through me.

If you really know me, you will know my father as well. From now on you do know him and have seen him.
