Well, welcome back to another episode of Fearless. I have had a lot of special guests

because that's my family. We had my dad on the first episode back after the summer,

and of course we had my brother Edward for the unique

episode of Fearless and sharing his heart about 9-11 and Afghanistan and his

career and just so thankful that he took the time to join me on Fearless.

But today, I've been waiting to share this episode with you.

I am very excited about that because I have another family member and that is my mom. So many people over the years have asked

questions about my mom. She's not out in the public spotlight. I always say her

ministry's always been more private and behind the scenes taking care of our family.

I had a dad that traveled all the time growing up and my mom chose not to travel

with him a lot when we were young because she stayed home to raise the family.

And her ministry was always there at our home and Boone, North Carolina, in the mountains of North

Carolina.

She loved on her neighbors well and her friends. She has served the community and served

those at Samaritans person, especially the spouses at Samaritans' purse when their

husbands were traveling.

And so I am so thankful to finally get her here on Fearless

so that you can get to know a little bit more about my mom,

who we do call, she's the caretaker and the matriarch and the prayer warrior for sure.
