Before we get into that, though, we want to talk about. We're doing a race tomorrow.

Yes, a 5K, which you're going to beat me in. Sad for me, but that's okay. Don't be that sad.

I don't think I'll be that fast. I've been going pretty slow. Like, I can definitely hit the,

I've done three miles now, so I know I can do it, but it's, I'm not fast. I haven't really run, like, hard in 10 years. I mean,

in sprints and stuff, I have, but not like, not like three miles.

Terrible distance running. This sucks. Yeah, but it'll be fun. It's a good cause, Colin Ritz for

5K. I guess you can sign up, you're hearing this on Saturday. The race is going to be tomorrow and Sunday. You can sign up a week day of or, but check on the website. You just, you know, you can Google

Cullen, Ritzer, R-I-T-Z-E-R-F-K. It's in North Shore, Massachusetts. I'm sorry,

flaking in our town right now. But if you're in that general area, I think it's Sunday morning, it gets a nine o'clock

start. Yep. So it's team Menehan is the team I know Matt and I are on. So, and then afterwards,

Kirk and Jerry are going to be doing a, Jerry Callahan are going to be doing a show.

Yeah. A live show there. So that's a pretty fun, cool bonus.
