Hey there from CNN. I'm Krista Bow with the five things you need to know for Tuesday, January 21st.

Today's President Donald Trump's first full day of a second term, and it's already off to a busy start.

He's expected to sign more executive actions after signing Menni yesterday.

We'll get to the executive orders that pardoned January 6th rioters and kick-started his immigration agenda.

But these actions have also withdrawn the U.S. from the World Health Organization and the Paris

Climate Agreement and rescinded 78 Biden-era executive actions.

He's meeting with House Speaker Mike Johnson and Senate Majority Leader John Thune this afternoon

to discuss legislation.

Trump has said before he wants to pass

bills that get the debt ceiling raised, extend the 2017 GOP tax cuts, and implement new energy

and border policies. White House press secretary Caroline Levitt told Fox News this morning

that the president will make what she called a massive infrastructure announcement later

today. Meanwhile, Secretary of State Marco Rubio was sworn in today as the first of Trump's cabinet to take office,

while more confirmation hearings for some of Trump's choices continue today.
