Congressman Raskin, election denier, I should say, announced Monday that the January 6th Committee would refer former President Donald Trump for criminal investigation by the Department of Justice for four charges, not one, not two, not three,

but four charges, ladies and gentlemen. These charges include conspiracy to defraud the United States,

obstruction of an official proceeding, conspiracy to make a false statement, and incitement,

assisting in aiding and comforting an insurrection against the

country. Raskin himself, Joel Pollitt, points out, has objected to pass certifications

of election results, which is the same action at the center of the charges that he and the rest

of the sham January 6th committee

voted unanimously to refer the former president for prosecution to the Justice Department.
