But first, we're reviewing new music from Andre 3000 and M. J. Lenderman. one. Oh, That is a little bit of get ready for this title Greg. I swear I really wanted to make a rap album

rap in quotes but this is literally the way the wind blew me this time.

The opening track from the nearly 88 minute instrumental record.

Solo debut from Andre Lauren Benjamin, better known as Andre 3,000.

Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia.

I don't even know if he needs much of an introduction for our audience, Greg.

For a long time, six super successful studio albums, he was half of Outcast, along with rapper Big Boy.

They've been basically split since 2007, and Big Boy has been much more active as a solo artist than Andre.

He pops up from time to time doing a guest spot on other rapper's recordings. He has become a bit of an internet meme with his

handmade flutes. He is a big flautist and enthusiast. He collects them. He plays them. He loves them and now on on his here, he has given us an ambient instrumental flute album.

Okay, probably the most attention Andre 3000 has gotten for his flute was he was the floutest on the score for everything everywhere all at once

the two thousand twenty two film he's been doing some acting in between two

I don't think anybody anticipated no this as Andre three thousand solo debut

let's hear a little of it.

There's no lyrics, right, from one of the most famous,

and certainly many people would say

greatest rappers in the history of hip-hop.
