Today I'm excited to talk to James Templeton. This is Anne Louise Gittleman's better half.

They've been together. I think he said like 25 years or something. Pretty cool story of how they met. I think he ended up going to a

seminar that she was giving on nutrition, and that's how they met, something like that. He talked

about it in his book. He's here to talk about his book. It's called, I used to have cancer,

and that's the story. I mean, enough said. He used to have cancer and went through a big

protocol and had surgeries.

I believe he went through 10 of his recommended 80 radiation or chemo treatments. So just a

crazy, crazy situation. You know, cancer is not fun. This is always something that creates a lot of

fear out of people. And there's not many options, really.

Once you're stuck with fear and paralyzed, you're just stuck to do chemo, radiation, surgery, that's it.

You don't have doctors saying, hey, let's do vitamin C and let's do this and that.

But obviously, being with Anne Louise, he was exposed to a lot of really good health education, nutrition strategies, et cetera, detoxification, saunas, filtering your water.

So we're going to dive into all that.

It's a fun interview.
