On the one hand, President-elect Biden unveiled a five-point plan to overhaul the botched vaccine

rollout and stem the tide at a deadly coronavirus pandemic that's been willfully neglected by

the Trump White House.

President-elect Joe Biden is pushing it with plans to activate the Defense Production

Act and ramp up the national supply of the coronavirus vaccine.
