Well, I started last night in the book of James, and for those of you that were not here

last night, I'm so sorry that you missed what I had to say about being joyful in trials.

I know that you would have loved to have been here, and I would like to go over all that information

again. However, it was challenging enough to get one group to receive it. I'm not going to start

over again this morning. But nonetheless, what James has to say about being joyful in trials

is very important, and he doesn't say that we have to be tickled pink because we've got a problem,

but he is trying to share with us that if we go through things with a right attitude,

that God will always take what is meant for harm, and he'll work it out for our good,

and that one of the major things that happens to us

when we're going through difficulty is we grow spiritually, our faith becomes stronger,

and we develop the character of Christ in our lives. Most of you would probably say this morning,

and I'll just ask to see, how many of you

look back at your life and you grew spiritually much more during your difficult times than you did
