Right now I do a protein powder in brown rice or a pea hemp cranberry protein and then

So that's basically a type of omega-3 which is an essential fatty acid and you can get

A lot of people take fish oil or eat fish for their DHA and EPA but you're getting all

the toxins with it so fish is one of the you know highest toxin foods that there are.

So you know for mercury for example there's a little bit of mercury in the ocean and then

the algae's got a lot more than that per gram and then the small fish that eat that and

then the bigger fish that eat that and so humans and the American bald eagle have the highest
