And I didn't do anything special, I just kept going.

It's all about mentally being in the right place.

Human mind can adapt to things very quickly when you don't really have much choice.

But Everest is a real leveler

that doesn't matter how much money you've got

it's all the same once you get up there

and if you honestly can put your head on your pillow at night when you go to bed and say,

God, I did all that I could today. I guarantee you you will make happen whatever you want to make happen.

This week on the show we have Mr. James Ketchel,

who is the only man who has rode across the Atlantic,

climb Mount Everest, and cycled 18,000 miles around the world,

but that's not what is awesome about him.

What's awesome is his spirit and the way that he looks

at these huge insurmountable problems by breaking them down into tiny little pieces
