today i am i'm feeling great like my body is actually like feeling alive for the first time in like a

year so that's great that's great that bickram yoga stuff man that that's amazing

well the funny the funny thing about that shit is like um so laura my fiancee started going to a yoga

studio and then like told me to come along and i found out that they started doing they do like

crazy ass like hit classes and like she started to convince me to start doing Pilates so I've now been doing

like three hit classes and like one Pilates class a week basically and like my body is

fucking dying that's crazy that's crazy um but we're going to talk about the NBA we're going to talk

about some college guys that um grads wants to talk about a little bit here uh we're going to start with James Harden we're going to talk about the NBA. We're going to talk about some college guys that M grads wants to talk about a little bit here.

We're going to start with James Harden.

We're going to move to Luca Donchich, some of the rookies that he's excited about.

We're going to talk about Jim Boylan and the Bulls because that's just a disaster.

A dumpster fire.

And then, yeah, we're going to talk about some college kids that are near and dear to Marcus's heart over there.
